LEMON LILAC G&T 🧡⇩ We always love a stunning layered cocktail, and this twist by emilylaurae is no exception 😍 A homemade lilac syrup, a burst of citrus, and our Elderflower Rose Gin come together in one showstopping sip! So, what are you waiting for? 😉 Mix one at home with the recipe below! 👇

LEMON LILAC GIN & TONIC 🍋
◦ 2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
◦ 1½ oz Meyer Lemon Juice
◦ 1 oz Lilac Syrup*
◦ 4 oz Grapefruit Tonic Water
◦Meyer Lemon Slices & Lilac Blossoms, to garnish

METHOD: Add the lilac syrup and Meyer lemon juice to your serving glass. Add ice filling your glass ¾ of the way full before adding tonic water. Carefully float Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin on top using a bar spoon, to create a layered effect. Garnish with meyer lemon slices and lilac blossoms & enjoy!
