MusicSupport_UK helps UK music industry professionals experiencing substance use, addiction and/or mental health challenges, promoting early intervention through support services, education and workshops. 

HelpMusicians is a charity for musicians both in work and in retirement, giving people the support they need at the crucial stages of their career. Their service MusicMindsMatter is a 24/7 helpline providing access to accredited counsellors for emotional support, guidance, and information. 

WeAreMITC provides access to high-quality specialist psychotherapy, offering a safe, confidential, trustworthy and culturally-sensitive space for clients to share, understand and process their experiences.

📖 Touring and Mental Health - The Music Industry Manual is a book written by mental health professionals with extensive knowledge of the music industry, helping readers process and manage the challenges that can occur on the road or as a result of touring. Inside, you’ll find guidance on mental and physical health issues, relationship challenges, preparing for performance, media training and much more. 

UKBAPAM represent clinical specialists who provide health and wellbeing services for those in the performing arts space, offering support, free training sessions, and workshops.

Tonic Rider (TonicMusicMH) offer courses, groups, and workshops led by facilitators with experience in mental health and music, each using a non-clinical approach to equip music industry professionals with tools to support themselves and their wider community.
