## Caption

A planned "lifestyle center" coming to East Brainerd Road aims to bring the feel of downtown living to the fast-growing suburbs.

The lot is around 4 acres, compared to around 11 acres at Cambridge Square, but it should have a similar stylized feel and a common green space that can be used for things like kids' activities and free movie nights, Davis said.

There are slots for at least two full-service restaurants on site, including outdoor seating, and the potential to have rooftop dining or bar space.
