On Friday, Diddy’s lawyer #AnnaEstevao questioned Cassie about her rape allegations against Diddy, as well as the motivation behind the filing of her 2023 sexual abuse lawsuit against him. Estevao inquired about the last time Cassie she had sexual intercourse with Diddy, which happened after the mogul allegedly forced himself on her. Cassie was dating her now-husband #AlexFine at the time, a detail the questioned Cassie about as well.

Cassie revealed that in 2023, she spent 45 days at a women’s rehab facility called Willow House. While there, she received various treatments for her opiate addiction, and participated in psychotherapy treatments to help cope with her trauma. One of those treatments, called EMDR, Cassie described as a way to help recall and process memories. Cassie also began writing her tell all book at this facility, and a few months later, she filed her suit against Diddy.
