This ain’t just a dance class—it’s a vibe. A soft, sexy, soul-healing sanctuary where you’ll move with intention, speak love into your reflection, and remind yourself that YOU are the main character. During this period we will cycle through 3 rotations of dance: Twerk, Sexy Stretch, & Floorwork.
