How to ACTUALLY hit your 2024 goals ⬇️:

1) WRITE your goal down 📝. Put it somewhere easily accessible so you can see the direction you’re trying to grow in on a consistent basis. Rather than big, year-long goals, try breaking them down into 1 or 3 months at a time. 

2) SHARE 📲 your goal with a friend who will support your growth. You can start by sending this video to them. Schedule a check in every 1-3 months to evaluate. 

3) KEEP showing up 🙏🏽. Even if you fall off track, talk about why you did with your partner and adjust so that you won’t do it again in the future.
