Cravings aren’t just a willpower issue, they’re your body sending signals.👇

Here’s what your cravings might actually be trying to tell you:

🍬 Sugar Cravings – Your blood sugar is on a rollercoaster. This often happens when you start your day with carbs and skip protein. Try leading with protein and healthy fats to stay steady.

🍟 Salty or Crunchy Foods – Your stress hormones (cortisol!) might be elevated, and your adrenals could be overworked. Focus on rest, hydration, and mineral-rich foods to help regulate.

🍞 Craving Carbs All the Time? – You may not be eating enough. Or you’re eating unbalanced meals that leave you unsatisfied. Add fiber + protein + fat to each meal for fullness that lasts.

🥴 Constant Snacking – You’re likely underfueling at meals or emotionally eating due to stress, boredom, or fatigue. Time to check in with your hunger cues and your daily routine.

The key isn’t to eliminate cravings—it’s to understand them. When you know what your body needs, you can give it the right support (without guilt).

Want to learn how to balance your blood sugar, reduce cravings, and feel in control around food again? Comment “CRAVINGS” and I’ll DM you a link to my LEAN program.
