Ingredients:
Plain Bagel
Cheese
Avocado 
Turkey Chorizo
Heirloom Eggs
Pickled Jalapeños 
Habanero Sauce
Mexican Crema

Being half Mexican, chorizo con huevos has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid, but today I’m making a healthier version with better ingredients in honor of national bagel day!

Assemble:
Top the bagel with cheese, sliced avocado, chorizo and eggs, pickled jalapeños, habañero sauce + crema mexicana
