Meatball Calzone Ingredients:
72 hour pizza dough
Tomato Sauce
Melt in your mouth Meatballs (favorite recipe)
Mozzarella
EVOO

Steps:
Divide and stretch the dough then on one side top with evoo, tomato sauce, meatballs, mozzarella and fold over itself pinching the edges to seal

Place in a pizza oven for 3 minutes at 700 degrees or in a home oven at 500 degrees with a pizza stone or baking steel for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up
