Halloween - Inspired Yogurt Bark

Try this super simple Halloween-inspired treat without all the added sugar, using siggi’s skyr! 

Using a baking sheet, add a sheet of parchment paper and start with about 2 cups of vanilla siggisdairy skyr. siggi’s has the thickest, creamiest consistency, which makes it perfect for any yogurt bark recipe — plus, it has 18g of protein per serving too!

Next, top with anything you like — I used about 2 tbsp of smooth unsweetened peanut butter, 2 tbsp of melted dark chocolate chips and naturally dyed Halloween sprinkles

Place the sheet in the freezer until set, about 3 hours or overnight. Break into pieces and enjoy!
