Grilled lobster rolls just hit different 🦞 🥖 

Maine lobster marinated in ghee, garlic confit, lemon juice + old bay seasoning

Grill at 225 F for about 45 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 140 F

Meanwhile make the sauce for the lobster to soak up after grilling: 2 tbsp mayo, 1 diced celery stalk, 1/2 tbsp of diced chives, 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice + old bay seasoning

Assemble by adding the lobster onto a brioche bun then finish with chives
