Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cluster Pops

This is the easiest and most delicious snack that my kids love too – we’ll be making these all summer long!

Ingredients (Makes 6-8):
1 cup chopped strawberries (about 12)
½ cup vanilla siggisdairy skyr
1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
cake sticks

Steps:
Combine strawberries and yogurt together then scoop about a heaping tablespoon and place on a parchment lined baking sheet with the cake sticks. Put in the freezer until set (about 30 minutes)

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil until completely melted and smooth. Dip the yogurt clusters into the chocolate and freeze for 5-10 minutes until set
