Spicy Avocado Yoast

Sourdough toast topped with a spicy avocado yogurt (recipe below), sliced avocado, soft boiled egg, chile verde salsa plus volcanic salt to finish

Spicy Avocado Yogurt:
Add the following to a food processor: 4oz plain siggisdairy yogurt, two small avocados, juice of a lime, 2 garlic cloves, 1 de-seeded jalapeño, small bunch of cilantro, juice of ½ a lime, salt, paprika, chipotle powder then blend until smooth and combined

Meanwhile, toast a slice of sourdough bread in olive oil on a skillet then top with the spicy avocado yogurt, sliced avocado, chile verde salsa, soft boiled egg and volcanic salt

This toast was absolutely incredible and a must try! It’s full of flavor, plus packed with protein, low sugar and good fats to keep you satisfied and full longer – hope you enjoy!
