Simple Spicy Toast

Sourdough toast grilled in a skillet then rubbed with a garlic clove to infuse more flavor into the bread, then added sliced avocado, a fried egg cooked in fresno chili olive oil, salt, pepper, scallions + another drizzle of chili oil

As you can probably tell from most of my posts, I love spicy food — this is one of those toasts that I make all the time but haven’t shared yet. It’s super simple, savory and spicy too — hope you enjoy!
