Sourdough toasted in a skillet then rubbed with a garlic clove to enhance the flavor, sliced avocado, soft scrambled eggs made in ghee topped with Icelandic volcano flaky sea salt, black truffle chili crunch + cilantro

This toast was out of this world delicious! If you don’t have access to volcano flaky salt, a smoked sea salt or regular flaky sea salt will also work too — hope you enjoy!
