Chorizo and Poached Egg Yoast

This toast brought me to my knees it was so good! (recipe below)

Grilled sourdough toast topped with a spicy yogurt spread (key lime siggisdairy yogurt, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, chipotle, onion powder, jalapeño, cilantro), poached egg, chorizo + cilantro the spicy yogurt spread: grate one garlic with a microplane then mix in 1/4 tsp chipotle powder, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp onion powder + 1/2 tsp salt before adding the yogurt. Next, add one key lime Siggi’s yogurt along with 1 tsp diced jalapeño and 2 tsp cilantro then set aside bringing closer to room temp

Grill a piece of sourdough with avocado oil in a cast iron skillet while you poach an egg and make the chorizo

Top the sourdough with the spicy yogurt spread, poached egg, drizzle the chorizo plus finish with fresh cilantro

The thick and creamy spread paired with the chorizo + poached egg was perfectly balanced and packed with so much flavor — if you haven’t tried it yet, totally recommend it!
