🎉 Happy Birthday #HeadStart! 🎉 Today is the 60th anniversary of the groundbreaking Head Start program which has provided opportunity and care to more than 38 MILLION children and their families over the last six decades! 

Our West Virginia Campaign Director Amy Jo shares her powerful story, uplifting how Head Start provided a much-needed lifeline for her and her young family. This program enables moms like Amy Jo to work, allows child care workers to stay in their professions, and supports the financial sustainability of families and our economy.

From 1965 till today, Head Start has proven itself to be the most important social and educational program for kids, families, and communities our nation has ever had. We are grateful for everything Head Start has done for our nation's families and want to hear from you on how Head Start has impacted your life!
