UMS is a big weekend that can take a toll on hardworking artists. 

Behind-the-scenes, we provide mental health support for all our performers, including a substance-free artist lounge for talent to connect and reset, career development opportunities at the Get Loud Music Summit (formerly Impact Days), and fair wages - a minimum of $200 for solo acts and $400 for bands. 

No “playing for the exposure” here!
