Create the perfect garnish for your next cocktail with these dried pineapple flowers.🍍🌼

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees, then line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Cut the top and bottom of a pineapple off, then remove the skin.
3. Use a melon baller to scoop out the pineapple eyes, then cut into thin slices.
4. Place slices onto baking sheet, then bake for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway between.
5. Place pineapple into a muffin tray, then allow to sit overnight to hold the shape.
