Experience the beauty of Montclair's private gardens at the 25th annual Roses to Rock Gardens tour, hosted by The Montclair Foundation. On Friday, May 30, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, participants will have the unique opportunity to explore a curated selection of private gardens in the greater Montclair area. The specific locations remain a surprise until the day of the tour, with a printed journal provided to guide attendees through each garden.​

This milestone event celebrates 25 years of showcasing the dedication and creativity of local gardeners. Each garden reflects a labor of love, offering inspiration and insight into diverse horticultural practices.​

A special highlight this year is a guest appearance by Jennifer Bernstein, CEO of the New York Botanical Garden, who will speak on Saturday morning. Please note that tickets for this limited-seating event are sold separately.​

Tickets for the garden tour can be purchased online until Thursday, May 29. Tickets bought during the tour will incur an additional $10 charge. Please be aware that children under 12 and pets are not permitted on the tour.​
