But no one has to go it alone. @camhfoundation is doing incredible work to support people on their path to recovery from mental illness and addiction. And hey, this year marks the 5th annual CAMH Sunrise Challenge™ — over $5.5 million has already been raised to help transform access to mental health care in Canada.
