🌟 What inspired you to open your biz?⁠
"As a Venezuelan immigrant living far from my homeland, opening a Venezuelan restaurant in Pittsburgh gave me the opportunity to share the rich flavors and traditions of my culture with others. It’s my way of keeping my roots alive and creating a space where people can connect through food, stories, and the warmth of home—even if it’s thousands of miles away."⁠

🌟 What's your favorite part of being a biz owner?⁠
"Being a woman business owner comes with its challenges, but the most rewarding part is proving to myself what I’m capable of—and showing my family that with passion and determination, anything is possible. It’s about breaking barriers and setting an example."⁠

🌟 What's your favorite part of Cilantro & Ajo?⁠
"The best part of my business is the customers. Seeing someone try our food for the first time and fall in love with it is priceless. But even more special are the moments when fellow Venezuelans walk in, taste something familiar, and get emotional—grateful to find a piece of home so far away."⁠

"When someone asks for my secret sauce recipe, I always say, "If I tell you, I’ll have to kill you!" (Just kidding… kind of!)"⁠
