For anyone facing such a diagnosis, the weight of uncertainty is already immense—but for Titan’s mom, there’s an added heartache: what happens to her beloved companion while she focuses on her health?

Without respite care, surrendering Titan would have been her only option. But thanks to our program, Titan can go into a loving foster home where he’ll be safe, happy, and well cared for. His mom will receive regular updates—photos, videos, and messages—keeping her connected to her best friend, knowing that he’s thriving and waiting for her with his tail wagging.

This is the heart of respite care. It’s not just for those facing domestic violence or housing instability—it’s for anyone navigating an unexpected crisis, offering peace of mind that their pet is in good hands while they focus on what’s most important.
