Here's how to make colobgebbq's Tequila Lime Chicken Skewers: 
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
1 large red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 large red onion, cut into wedges
1/4 cup tequila (silver/blanco works best)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2–3 limes)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (plus extra for garnish)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Lime wedges, for serving
