It looks like #SkaiJackson is seeking a restraining order against her son’s father. According to documents obtained by tmz_tv, the actress detailed different incidents where he allegedly abused her.

The former Disney star filed in L.A. County Superior Court and says that her son’s father, #DeondreBurgin, popularly known as #YerkkyYerkky, attacked her earlier this month while she was holding their son. He allegedly grabbed her by the hair, slammed her head against a car window, and punched her in the face.

However, she says, there have been other incidents in the past. She alleges he abused her weekly for 6 months in 2024. He also damaged her property, including a television and a cellphone.

She also claims that during her pregnancy, he demanded that she drink bleach to kill their unborn child, and also held her at knifepoint, threatening to stab her in the stomach. There were reportedly more incidents, she says she has evidence of.
