Chicken & Rice Casserole 🥘 

I’m starting off the week with an easy one pan dinner that you can eat all week! This is seriously the easiest recipe, you just dump everything uncooked into a pan and throw it in the oven and it cooks in about an hour. I will be using this during race season for a make-ahead meal when we get home late from the track! 🙌🏻
