🍓✨ Strawberry Themed Charcuterie Board ✨🍓

This board is berry sweet and perfect for brunches, summer, or any day you’re feeling a little extra. It’s the perfect mix of sweet and savory, with a little something for everyone. Here’s how I built it and everything I used so you can recreate at home! 💕

🛒 Shopping List:

Cheese
– Brie wheel
– Unexpected cheddar (cut into flower shapes with a mini cutter)

Meat
– Salami (folded into rosettes)
– Pepperoni (for the center rose)

Crackers & Nuts
– Guava corn crackers gocraize 
– Roasted & salted cashews

Fruits & Veggies
– Strawberries (cut vertically) 
– Green grapes
– Cherry tomatoes
– Cucumbers (cut into circles & cut into flower shapes with a mini cutter)

Strawberry Additions
– Strawberry-covered pretzels creativesnacksco 
– Mini strawberry shortbread bites seescandies 

Serve with a side of strawberry jam (or strawberry preserves!)

Garnish
– Fresh rosemary sprigs
– Fresh mint leaves

🧀 How to Assemble:

Start by placing your brie wheel in the center—slice into wedges for easy grabbing.

Fold salami into rosettes and place them around the board for pops of color and texture.

Fan out your crackers, cucumber, and grapes in arcs or sections around the cheese.

Fill in with strawberries—keep some whole, some halved, (or some dipped in chocolate.)

Add sweet touches like strawberry shortbread bites and pretzels near savory elements.

Place pepperoni in a rose shape as a centerpiece.

Tuck in rosemary and mint sprigs for color and a fresh finish.

Finish with a small bowl of jam and your favorite cheese knife or spreader!
