With a background in auditing and finance and a career in Asia, Françoise did not come from the world of motorcycling. But driven by a deep passion for the sport, inherited from a mother who was a top-level skier, she seized the opportunity to join an international federation. It was the start of an exemplary career.

At the FIM, she’s  committed to promoting gender equality: 50% women in the administration, female referees, instructors and managers. For her, it’s simple: the key is passion, commitment and experience in the field.

Françoise is living proof that female leadership has its place in the world of motor sport ✨
