This trip to DC I referenced that included a bunch of other dads-who-took-paternity-leave led to a historic 12 weeks of paid family leave for all Federal Employees (hey, pete.buttigieg!) and we're on the verge of providing this opportunity to ALL AMERICANS. 💪🇺🇸 #PaidLeaveForAll
