My daughter is living on a private island… with lemurs. Yes, you read that right. She’s surrounded by giant oak trees draped in Spanish moss, roaming deer, a private beach, and the sweetest lemurs — and she knows them all by name. 

I know this has nothing to do with Mexican food, but it has everything to do with familia.
Three generations — my mom (Abuela), my daughter, and me — sharing this once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Watching my daughter live out her dream on this magical island fills my heart in ways I can’t describe.
