We just got back from an incredible trip to Vietnam, and if you’re looking for the perfect mix of culture, cuisine and downtime - this is exactly how I’d do it again.

We began in Hanoi for two nights at the stunning capellahanoi a glamorous, theatrical retreat right in the heart of the city. We did a private tour to the Temple of Literature and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and had amazing meals at Tam Vi and Home - both full of charm and flavor.
From there, we set sail on an overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay. Drifting through those iconic limestone cliffs was so peaceful. 
Next up: Hoi A for four dreamy nights at the fsnamhai . Between beachside relaxation, fittings for custom tailor-made clothes, and tasty meals at spots like Mai Fish and Morning Glory...this charming town stole our hearts. It’s the perfect place to slow down and soak it all in.
We wrapped the trip in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), staying two nights at the Park Hyatt. We visited the War Remnants Museum and Independence Palace for a meaningful glimpse into Vietnam’s complex past. Then, for the grand finale, a Vespa food tour that gave us a high octane & delicious look at the city by night.
