Roared on by over 10,000 fans in Hong Kong, China battled back from two sets down to defeat Türkiye 🇹🇷 3-2 in a #VNL2024 thriller (21-25, 17-25, 25-21, 25-23, 15-13).

🏐 Eleven months after falling in the gold medal match of #VNL2023 against the same opponents, China not only claimed victory but also managed to dethrone Türkiye from the top spot in the FIVB World Rankings.

💥 Li Yingying led the way with 25 points, while Wang Yuanyuan and Yuan Xinyue stepped up in the middle.

🔥 Melissa Vargas was unstoppable for Türkiye, scoring 31.
