• 1½ oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
• ¾ oz Falernum
• 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
• ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 Bar Spoon of Simple Syrup
• 4–5 Sage Leaves

METHOD: Add all ingredients to a large cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Swizzle to combine, then top with fresh ice. Garnish and enjoy!
