We’re thrilled to welcome Aletha Dunston, AICP as the new EVP for District Councils at ULI Americas! 

Aletha has been a dedicated ULI member since 2016 and currently serves as chair of @uli_indiana and a member of the Americas Executive Committee. With 20 years of experience in community and economic development, urban planning, and strategic leadership, she brings invaluable expertise to this role.

As EVP, she’ll work closely with 53 District Councils to strengthen ULI’s network across the Americas and support local teams in delivering meaningful impact.
