It’s Opening Day! ⚾ As baseball season kicks off, we’re spotlighting McGregor Square—a once-underutilized parking lot that’s now a vibrant mixed-use destination next to the Colorado @rockies’ @thecoorsfield. Featuring restaurants, retail, residences, and an outdoor plaza with Denver’s largest LED screen, this development has redefined the city’s Ballpark District.

📍See it for yourself! Attendees of the 2025 ULI #SpringMeeting can tour McGregor Square as part of an exclusive look at Denver’s evolving LoDo district.
