Girlfriends are medicine for the soul 🥰

And, this was the perfect way to kick off 45 years of life!

I realized recently just how lucky I feel to have these women in my life so I thought I would treat us to a girls trip and spa day in Vail at the cutest hotel and spa the thehythevail . 

As an ex-massage therapist and esthetician it’s always hard for me to find good spas and therapists and I found it! My facial was the best I’ve had in years! And the spa was perfect!
