the ultimate vegan carbonara 🌱with 2 egg-free sauce options! 

It has a rich and creamy texture with an eggy flavor and it’s topped with crispy vegan tofu bacon. 

Made two ways: with a nut-free JUST egg base whisked the traditional way (like classic carbonara) or use a whole foods cashew cream that’s more pantry friendly. 

It’s the closest I’ve come to that rich texture and flavor!
