Shannon Meadway was Rutgers’ Big Ten Sportsmanship honoree who reached the C final of the 200 back at the Big Ten Championships and captured three top 10 program times.

Meadway placed 22nd overall at the conference championships in the 200 back, swimming to the sixth fastest time in program history (1:56.02).

Additionally, the Toronto, Ontario, Canada native was an A finalist in both the 200 IM (2:00.51) and 400 IM (4:17.50) at the Minnesota Invitational, capturing the third and fifth fastest times in the RU record book, respectively.
