Recipe Below Shredded Beef - 5lbs of Chuck Roast seasoned w Salt - 2 T Butter, 3 T Olive Oil in Pot w Lid - Sear Roast 5 min per side Med-High Heat - Remove roasts from pot - Add 1/2 C Red Wine and deglaze  - Add 2 C Beef Broth - Roast back in pot - Add 1 T Black Pepper and 5-6 cloves Garlic - Cover/Simmer 3 Hours - Shred Beef in Pot, Serve  Au Jus - 2 C Beef Broth - 1 C Beef Drippings from pot - 2 T Worcestershire Sauce - Splash of Red Wine - Simmer Horseradish Sauce - 1/2 C Sour Cream - 2 T Mayo - 2 T Prepared Horseradish - 1 t Apple Cider Vinegar - Salt, Pepper, Chives to taste - Mix and Chill in Fridge #shreddedbeef #sandwich #goodfood #petermillar #lecreuset #3piecesofpecan #fyp #reels
