Last week, we partnered with lululemon to host a special edition of our signature event series, Ideas To Wake Up To | Mind Over Miles, a live-recorded podcast experience at Tea Room last week ahead of the lululemon Miami 10K. It was an inspiring conversation with podcast hosts Alec Ingold ai_xlv, NFL fullback and leadership speaker, and Donny-Joshua Felix donnyjoshua, performance coach and former athlete.
