Forgot to make something for the cookout tomorrow? 😅 Don’t worry, we gotcha 🔥 Pull up with this quick and easy Tater Tot Potato Salad:
 
Recipe: 

🥔 Bake frozen tater tots at 425 for 15 minutes.

🥔 Gently smash them and then bake them again for 20 more minutes.

🥔 Mix together a sauce with 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1.5 tbsp ranch seasoning, juice from 1 lemon, 2 tbsp pickle juice.

🥔 Once the crispy smashed tots have cooled, add them to the sauce with 1 cup diced peeled cucumber, 1 cup diced dill pickle, and gently mix together.

🥔 Top with chopped chives and enjoy!
