🏊🏼🚴🏼🏃🏽‍♀️We’re getting pumped for the 17th Annual LG TRI! 

✨Just six weeks away, the LG TRI is being hosted at Siena Valley Club. Form your own team or race as an individual. This beautifully scenic triathlon is for everyone - adults and kids, newbies amd pros, teams and individuals. Welcoming all ages between 6-106 …there’s even a special kids course!

🗺️ Adult Course Details: The course begins at 7am and features a 500-yard open water swim, a 12-mile bike ride up and down Valley Road, and a 5K run within the Siena Valley Club development. 

🗺️ Kids Course Details: Scheduled to begin at 10am, the kids’ course is divided into three age groups below. Please arrive early, as parking may be difficult due to the adult portion of the LG Tri event that begins at 7am. 

✨ 6 to 7-year-olds: 25-yard open water swim (equivalent to 1 pool length), a 1-mile bike ride, and a 1/2 mile run.
✨ 8 to 10-year-olds: 50-yard open water swim (equivalent to 2 pool lengths), 3.2 mile bike ride, and a 3/4-mile run. 
✨ 11 to 13-year-olds: 100-yard open water swim (equivalent to 4 pool lengths), 5 mile bike ride, and a 1-mile run. 

📝 Note: Packet pick up will take place Friday, July 11th at Siena Valley Club from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
