Today, May 25th, marks National Missing Children's Day, and while we acknowledge every child, we MUST center our focus on the glaring disparities facing our Black children. This isn't just a day; it's a call to action for our babies who are disproportionately overlooked and underrepresented.

It's a hard truth: Black children account for a staggering percentage of missing child cases, yet their stories often fade into the background, drowned out by the "Missing White Woman Syndrome." Our little ones are routinely labeled as "runaways," adultified, and denied the urgent attention they deserve, making them vulnerable to deeper dangers. The numbers don't lie – they paint a picture of systemic neglect.

This isn't just about statistics; it's about our future, our legacy, and the vibrant souls who deserve to be safe, seen, and returned to their families.
