I never thought the first time I visited Australia I’d be searching for the mountains over the beach…😅⛰️

Hiking in Australia, at least here just outside of Sydney, is a little different to your typical trail hike. 

You start by DESCENDING! Then all of your elevation gain is on the way back UP 😮‍💨

Kind of a backwards concept really…

But this beautiful view is found in the Blue Mountains 💙
