In 2021, Sipha pivoted from her restaurant and wine industry career to start Burlington’s premier curated wine shop during the pandemic. Her journey has emphasized the importance of work/life balance, community support, and learning from mistakes. As a half-Vietnamese entrepreneur in a male-dominated industry, Sipha proudly represents AANHPI women leading the way in wine. She was recently featured in Wine Enthusiast as one of the "50 Best Wine Shops in the U.S."
