## Caption

When Jorge, one of our Provisioning Agents, found out his niece was going to be flying on Southwest, he asked for a little help from his Southwest family to make sure her flight was extra special.

Cynthia had just passed her exam to fulfill her life-long dream of becoming a police officer, so we surprised her on her flight to Miami where she was taking a much deserved vacation to celebrate!

Thank you for your service, Cynthia! #SouthwestHeart
