Chino Valley School Board President Sonjia Shaw is the mother of two female athletes and is fighting for the rights of girls and women in sports.

She is speaking out against the California Interscholastic Federation allowing a transgender athlete to participate the in CIF State track and field championships at Buchanan High School in Clovis this weekend. 

"Of course, there's the California law and there's the coward Newsom and the rest of them that hide behind that," said Shaw. "But you know, when Trump came back and he did the Title IX and and put it back to what it was supposed to be, because remember, Biden was trying to reinvent it, and pervert it, in my opinion, we we went full force."

She says parental rights are under attack after being sued by the California Attorney General for passing a mandatory gender identity disclosure policy for her school district.
