BLACKBERRY LAVENDER FRENCH SODA 🫧 A little Tuesday treat, anyone? 😉 maplechutney delivers a sip that’s floral, fizzy, and just the right amount of indulgent! 😋 Treat yourself with the recipe below 👇

BLACKBERRY LAVENDER FRENCH SODA 💜
• 2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• 2 oz Puréed Blackberries, strained*
• ½ oz Lavender Syrup**
• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• Sparkling Water, to top
• Fresh Blackberries, to garnish

*To make the blackberry purée, blend 2 pints blackberries with ½ cup water. Strain before using in the cocktail.

**To make the syrup, add ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water, and ½ tsp Culinary Lavender Buds to a small pan. Dissolve the sugar over a low heat then bring to a boil. Boil for 3-5 minutes or until syrupy. Allow to cool to room temperature then strain into a bottle. Chill before using.

METHOD: In a shaker, combine Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, lavender syrup, and strained blackberry purée. Add ice and shake. Pour into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with sparkling water. Float the cream on top using the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with fresh blackberries & enjoy!
