I love to laugh. I love being around good people who lift each other up. And I love to move, because when I do, my body and mind feel better. Movement has always been more than just physical for me… it’s healing, empowering, and freeing.

I hope others find that too, especially young girls. I want them to know that strength isn’t just about muscles, it’s about confidence. That moving their bodies can build their minds, and that they are capable of so much more than they think. Not only in the gym but in life as well. 

Let’s keep showing up, not just for ourselves, but for the ones watching us.
