It’s hard to put into words what a week at @powermonkeycamp truly feels like…

It’s more than workouts, skills, or technique, though you’ll definitely leave stronger and more capable than you came. It’s the people. The energy. The shared moments between reps, the dancing, being around the fire, or during late-night chats that turn into belly laughs and deep conversations.

This week reignites something in your body and mind, reminding you why movement matters, and how powerful it is to share space with others chasing growth.

You come for the training… but you leave with lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and a deeper connection to yourself and a community that lifts you higher.

I can’t say thank you enough to @davedurante @sadieann and the entire @powermonkeyfitness team - camp is something I look forward to twice a year and I hope you will join us in the future! Reach out to me and we can chat about it.
